Robbe Type VII U-boat *** SOLD! ***

 



Click on the "thumbs" above to see larger images of my Robbe U-47 submarine, I recently sold this boat and it was sporting among other things a new conningtower from Accurate Armour and a very nice brass deck from Jeff LaRue. The boat was also equipped with an extra servo for the bow planes and Graupner Speed 400 motors geared down 3:1, it also had a couple of brass propellers from Norbert Brueggen. A set of running torpedoes based on a kit from Robbe was also in the works but they were only for display, the torpedo doors however could be opened and closed! The last couple of images are from the U-96 museum in Munich which I visited a few years ago.
